Together with a team of experienced Hoteliers as Directors and shareholders, Montara Hospitality is carefully expanding the Trisara brand by partnering with owners of exceptional land to create legendary resort experiences throughout the region.
In addition, our Montara Hospitality is offering Independently owned hotels and resorts our Hotel Management Services and expertise in Sales and Marketing, without necessarily changing the existing brand name of the hotels we manage.
As a solid foundation, the group owns and manages Trisara, which is consistently voted as one of the world's finest resorts, plus the iconic Boathouse by Montara on Kata Beach in Phuket.
Our Corporate office is based on the Trisara site in Phuket, with the Administration and Finance teams located in Bangkok.
As owners ourselves, we understand the nature of asset management and the needs of hotel owners, rather than simply offering typical management agreements. By remaining small, we focus on ensuring each resort we manage reaches its full potential.We partner with or help owners of exceptional land to transform these into legendary Trisara branded resort experiences, together with a successfully demonstrated Residential Villa component, which we sell to our database of villa owners around the world.

Trisara designed, sold and developed 30 privately owned villa residences to owners from across the globe, who brought into the Trisara lifestyle experience.
Today our Villa Management Company provides the highest level of management services to the villa owners through a dedicated service company delivering housekeeping supervision, accounting, maintenance, landscaping and other services to each villa.
Most owners also include their villas into the Trisara rental inventory, which Trisara distributes via specific market channels as 2 – 6 bedroom villa experiences to our guests.
To support Montara's commitment to developing our people, and as part of our expansion we have developed a hospitality learning institute, named the Trisara Academy in Phuket.
The Academy will focus on three main fields of training;
1st – Public internship programs for entry level positions
2nd – Public courses in management level skills provided by national and regional leaders within the hospitality field.
